




Position Summary: We are seeking a professional to manage suppliers end-to-end, handle administrative procedures, provide legal-technical support, and analyze contracts. Key Responsibilities: 1. End-to-end supplier and procurement order management. 2. Administrative support and legal-technical review. 3. Analysis of bids and contracts. We seek a professional to manage suppliers in Madrid. Responsibilities include full management of public grant and subsidy calls, legal-technical review of corporate documentation, and administrative support for procedural matters. The role also involves preparing internal reports and presentations, managing purchase requests and technology renewals (hardware, software, and services), and acting as the liaison with budget managers to collect technical information. Additionally, the candidate will complete tender and RPO templates, analyze previous bids and contracts—verifying clauses (amounts, dates, conditions)—and maintain daily communication with internal departments such as Procurement, Legal, and Technology. The role requires using a procurement ERP system and office productivity tools (Office, Teams), along with other duties inherent to the position. The contract is full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, morning shift from 09:00 to 18:00, with legally mandated breaks. * Several years of experience in supplier and vendor management. * Experience in procurement order management and contract renewals. * Ability to review and validate documentation required for renewal launches. * Understanding of contracts, including financial terms and deadlines. * Experience in managing, analyzing, and tracking purchase requests. * Proximity to the workplace is desirable. Spanish \- Native * University degree (mandatory). \- Solid knowledge of Office 365 (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).
