What will be your mission at the company? Manage and coordinate production activities, ensuring the proper operation of plastic injection processes and enhancing team performance. Your main responsibilities will be: * Supervise production operations during the shift. * Coordinate and lead a team of approximately 10 people. * Ensure proper functioning of machines and molds. * Support injection, assembly, and mold change processes. * Guarantee compliance with quality and production standards. * Foster a positive work environment and constructive team dynamics.
