Participation in R&D&i projects **Job Description** The selected candidate will join a young and dynamic team, and will have the opportunity to grow alongside leading industry professionals in a collaborative environment focused on high technological innovation: **Responsibilities**: * Design and development of products related to battery and energy storage systems (BMS, battery packs, sensing, etc.), with emphasis on software development for such products. * Preparation of product specifications and technical documentation. * Direct interaction with clients. * Participation in public and private R&D&i projects. **What We Offer** * Permanent contract * Salary negotiable according to experience (fixed + variable) * Training plan * Flexible working hours * Remote work option * Positive work environment within a young, dynamic, and participative company **Applications** All interested candidates may submit their application, including a detailed CV, via this website. *The selection process concludes upon the candidate's onboarding.* **Required Profile** * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or Electronics Engineering (other qualifications—including Vocational Training—may be considered based on experience) * Advanced programming skills in C and experience developing firmware for microcontrollers. * Design and implementation of architectures based on real-time operating systems (FreeRTOS or similar). * Basic knowledge of electronics (schematics, instrumentation, power supplies, etc.) * Basic knowledge of Git. * Intermediate level of English. * Ability to interact directly with clients. * Analytical ability, communication skills, and teamwork capability. * Goal-oriented mindset and adherence to deadlines. While not mandatory, the following knowledge and experience will be valued: * Software + Development of software for battery management systems (BMS). + Embedded Linux and real-time operating systems + Cybersecurity knowledge (CRA) + Test automation and code testing + Knowledge of other programming languages: WEB (HTML, PHP, JavaScript), Python, MATLAB. + Advanced knowledge of Git. * Hardware + Experience in electronic product development + Basic knowledge of electrical protection systems * Batteries: + Basic understanding of cell/battery operation and BMS.
