We provide monitored anti-intrusion alarms 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, using cutting-edge technology to protect what matters most. **What will your role be?** As a Security Operator, you will be responsible for receiving and verifying alarm signals from our connected customers. Additionally, you will comprehensively manage facility incidents, ensuring a high level of security and rapid response in any situation. 8-hour rotating shifts (7x3, 7x4) covering morning, afternoon and night. **What will be your responsibilities?** * Receiving and verifying alarm signals, both sequential and video-based, at the control center, maintaining accurate records of each incident. * Transmitting and centralizing alarms, effectively communicating with operational centers and intervention units of state security forces and agencies. * Performing remote video surveillance, monitoring video-monitored access points, conducting virtual patrols, and preparing detailed process reports for large areas and facilities. * Proactively coordinating and communicating with security personnel at monitored sites, ensuring efficient and effective responses to any situation. * Operational control of all security services. * Resolving incidents professionally, following guidelines set by the Private Security Law and established client procedures. **What profile do we need?** Minimum education: completion of compulsory secondary education (ESO) or equivalent academic qualification. Valid security guard license (TIP) is essential. Prior experience in telephone customer service, demonstrating effective communication skills. A criminal record certificate will be required. Experience in CCTV camera monitoring is desirable.
