SECOND-LEVEL ELECTRICIAN

Description

We are seeking a Second-Level Electrician for electrical installations, commissioning, and maintenance of low-voltage systems, HVAC, photovoltaic systems, and electric vehicle charging points. Execution of installations, maintenance tasks, and energy efficiency and monitoring projects, carried out under the coordination of the Installation Supervisor. Main responsibilities include: Electrical installations: assembly and modification of electrical panels; laying and connecting wiring; installation of cable trays, conduits, and ducts; mounting of protective devices, switches, contactors, relays, and other electrical components. Construction and installations: support to the supervisor in executing electrical works in buildings, offices, hotels, industrial facilities, and parking lots, including simple layout marking, assembly, connection, testing, and commissioning. Electric vehicle charging points: installation of chargers, power supply lines, electrical protection devices, distribution boards, and auxiliary components. * 2 years of experience. Minimum recommended field electrician experience: 2 years. * PROFESSIONAL SPECIALIZATION CERTIFICATE * Spanish (intermediate spoken and written) * Catalan (intermediate spoken and written) * Competencies / Knowledge: Vocational Training Cycle (CFGM) in Electrical and Automatic Installations or equivalent. Class B driving license. Technical knowledge of low-voltage electrical installations and familiarity with the Spanish Low-Voltage Electrotechnical Regulation (REBT). Ability to read plans and single-line diagrams. Assembly and modification of electrical panels. Laying, connecting, and testing electrical circuits. Proficiency with multimeter, clamp meter, and standard tools. Basic fault diagnosis. Installation of analyzers, meters, sensors, and monitoring equipment. Basic knowledge of HVAC, Modbus/RS485, Ethernet, and monitoring systems. Occupational Health and Safety (PRL) – Electricity Sector – 20 hours. Electrical Risk Training. Desirable: working at heights, use of aerial work platforms, and preventive resources. Skills: Practical, solution-oriented, and organized individual. Ability to work autonomously under the supervisor’s guidance. Proficient tool handling and attention to finish quality. Capacity to identify and report incidents. Aptitude for learning new technologies. Good customer service skills and teamwork.
