Job Description and Responsibilities Within the PMO, you will be responsible for leading the definition, documentation, standardization, and governance of the company’s operational processes, ensuring organizational coherence, operational efficiency, quality in change management, as well as publication of company policies and operational updates. This role is critical to evolving toward a structured, scalable, process-based operating model—reducing reliance on individual knowledge and improving consistency across departments. Responsibilities Process Inventory and Standardization * Design, document, and maintain end-to-end operational processes (AS IS / TO BE) * Define corporate documentation standards (level of detail, naming conventions, versioning, and formats) * Ensure alignment of processes across multi-departmental environments (Operations, IT, Commercial, etc.) * Guarantee consistency across channels, systems, and teams Process Governance Continuous Review * Maintain an up-to-date inventory of the company’s critical processes * Establish a governance model for ongoing process monitoring and updating * Oversee periodic process reviews triggered by changes (BAU and projects) * Ensure traceability and compliance (compliance) of defined processes Continuous Improvement Efficiency * Identify inefficiencies, redundancies, and bottlenecks in processes * Propose and drive improvement initiatives aimed at: optimizing operational efficiency, reducing errors, enhancing employee, customer, and supplier experience * Promote a culture of simplification and continuous improvement Change Impact Integration * Assess the impact of operational changes arising from BAU and project initiatives * Integrate changes into process documentation in a structured manner * Ensure coherence between technological (IT) and operational changes Documentation Communication * Ensure a single source of truth for policies and processes * Define and manage the publication of procedures, policies, and operational updates * Collaborate with business areas to facilitate adoption of changes * Support communication of organizational changes beyond technical communication Requirements Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field **Relevant experience in:** * Process design and optimization * Organizational transformation or continuous improvement PMO, operations, or digital transformation environments Competencies * Knowledge of process management methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, or others) * Experience in process modeling (AS IS / TO BE) * Familiarity with demand/project management tools (e.g., JIRA or similar) * Understanding of BAU vs. project models and change management * Strong analytical and structuring abilities * End-to-end business mindset * Ability to influence in matrixed environments (without direct hierarchical authority) * Excellent communication and documentation skills * Results- and execution-oriented * Mindset of continuous improvement and simplification What We Offer? * Flexible and hybrid work model, with full-time schedule Monday–Thursday 9:00–18:15 and Friday 9:00–14:45. * Location in Pozuelo de Alarcón (La Finca) * Fixed salary plus bonus * Comprehensive social benefits package: Health, dental, life, accident, pharmacy, and vision insurance; meal card; remote work allowance; Wellhub; pension plan; etc. * 27 working days of vacation per year, plus a birthday day off.
