Description
The reservation agent will be responsible for the comprehensive management of operations related to booking and confirming services for customers. Key responsibilities include direct interaction with users, providing both telephone and email support to resolve inquiries and manage incidents. Additionally, the agent will offer personalized advice, guiding customers toward the best travel options according to their preferences, budget, and specific needs. Another key function is end-to-end reservation processing, including registration, confirmation, modification, and tracking of each request to ensure an efficient and error-free workflow. The agent will also handle administrative support tasks arising from daily operations, such as updating databases, preparing documentation, and coordinating with other departments to ensure proper execution of contracted services. The position requires a high degree of organization, accuracy, and the ability to work in a dynamic environment where attention to detail and customer satisfaction are essential. The agent must maintain fluent and professional communication, ensuring all provided information is clear and accurate. This role is central to operations, serving as the primary liaison between the company and its customers, and directly contributing to service quality and user portfolio retention.
Working hours are full-time, totaling 40 hours per week, scheduled Monday through Friday. The specific schedule runs from 9:00 to 18:40, including a lunch break of one hour and ten minutes. Remote work is possible once per month on a Saturday, following an initial adaptation period. The primary work modality is on-site. Remuneration is set at 10\.08 euros gross per hour. The employment contract offered is temporary, with potential conversion to an indefinite-term contract based on performance and company needs.
A minimum of one year’s experience in customer service or telemarketing roles is required, preferably within travel agencies or tourism-related services. Excellent oral and written communication skills are mandatory, along with strong customer orientation and a positive attitude toward teamwork. Native or bilingual proficiency in Spanish is essential; knowledge of Catalan or other languages is considered an asset. Basic proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite is required for administrative task management.
