From the multicultural strength of our global organization to our sustainable and innovative approaches to bringing people together, there is something for everyone to engage with — and that’s where you come in. **Responsibilities** * Performing preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance tasks on railway signaling, communications, safety, and traffic control systems, according to shift schedules and under the direction of the Maintenance Center Manager. * Executing and documenting preventive maintenance activities. * Responding to incidents: analyzing, resolving, and recording them. * Managing spare parts and material resources. * Complying with Health and Safety, Environmental, and Quality procedures. **Requirements** * FPII or Higher Vocational Training Degree in Electricity/Electronics/Industrial Maintenance or a related field. * Ability to interpret electrical diagrams and schematics. * Knowledge of and experience with electrical measurement instruments: multimeters, clamp meters, insulation testers, etc. * Knowledge of and experience with mechanical and electrical tools. * Familiarity with communication systems and optical fiber handling. * Availability to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays. * Valid Spanish driving license (Class B). * Native Spanish speaker. **Desirable:** * Prior experience in railway signaling systems or industrial system maintenance. * Basic Occupational Health and Safety Certification and high-altitude work qualifications. * Authorization as a works supervisor or team leader. **Thank you for your interest in Hitachi Rail.
