Job Summary: We are seeking a Quality Assistant to perform visual quality inspection of fruit, size grading review, labeling and traceability checks, and support in food hygiene and safety. Active participation in a values-driven and purpose-oriented team #### **Your Responsibilities** A prominent company located in **El Raal (Murcia)**, engaged in the production and marketing of fresh fruit—specializing in citrus fruits (oranges, lemons, and mandarins) and stone fruit—is looking for a **Quality Assistant** to carry out the following duties: * Visual quality control of fruit on the production and packaging line. * Review of size grading, color, ripeness, and possible product defects. * Verification of correct labeling, packaging, and traceability of fruit. * Recording of incidents and support in completing quality control reports. * Support in supervising compliance with food hygiene and safety standards. * Collaboration with the production team to ensure customer-required quality standards are met. * Cleaning and maintenance of the work area. **Working Hours:** * 8-hour shifts from Monday to Friday, with possibility of overtime. * Warehouse shift schedule varies between winter and summer, depending on production volume. * During winter season, the usual schedule is 8:00 AM–1:30 PM and 3:30 PM–6:00 PM. **Salary:** €1,476 gross/month (approx. €1,380 net/month). **Contract:** Temporary for 1 year (1-month probation period) + extension for another year + possibility of indefinite contract. #### **Your Profile** **Requirements:** * Mandatory possession of a **disability certificate of 33% or higher**, recognized by IMAS (or competent authority), as this is a Special Employment Center. * Preferably, residence near the workplace (El Raal, Murcia) to facilitate availability and commuting. * Commitment, punctuality, and responsibility in carrying out assigned tasks. * Proactive attitude and attention to detail, especially in quality control tasks. * Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with production and quality personnel. * Agility, precision, and attention to detail to ensure smooth production process flow. * Willingness to learn and adapt to quality department procedures. #### **Why Join Us?** We are a Special Employment Center (SEC).
