At Arce Clima, we commit to meeting our clients’ objectives with quality and punctuality, and we are looking for people like you to continue growing together. **Responsibilities** ---------- * Managing purchase orders and suppliers. * Managing and organizing administrative documentation. * Coordinating phone calls and emails to ensure smooth communication. * Collaborating closely with other departments to ensure timely delivery and achievement of objectives. **Requirements** -------------- * Prior experience at a warehouse counter for piping/plumbing/HVAC. * Proficiency in administrative and office tasks. * Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively in a team. * Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. * Intermediate-to-advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word).
