As a **Project Manager BMS – Service**, you will be responsible for planning, managing, and executing projects associated with maintenance contracts, as well as optimizing the BMS systems that manage our customers’ buildings—coordinating tasks and teams and ensuring buildings under our management achieve the highest levels of efficiency and sustainability. **What Will Be Your Responsibilities?** * Fully manage assigned BMS maintenance contracts and projects. * Plan, coordinate, and lead activities and projects related to BMS maintenance contracts—from definition and planning through proper execution and closure in existing systems. * Coordinate, delegate, and supervise tasks performed by involved technical teams, ensuring correct execution of assigned work. * Coordinate and supervise subcontractor work, guaranteeing adherence to deadlines, service quality, and defined standards. * Manage work scheduling, cost control, and resource optimization associated with each contract and activity. * Maintain continuous communication with the client throughout all service phases—handling incidents, requirements, and expectations—and ensuring their proper information and alignment. * Identify opportunities for improvement and optimization within maintenance contracts, both technically and operationally. * Collaborate with sales and operations teams to define and implement service extensions, enhancements, or new projects derived from current contracts. **What Profile Do We Need?** Higher Vocational Training degree in Electricity, Electronics, Automation, or related fields. Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Service Manager, Maintenance Contract Coordinator, or Project Manager—preferably in BMS environments, building automation, or technical installations. Knowledge of automation systems, including communication protocols such as BACnet, Modbus, and KNX. Knowledge of and proficiency in AutoCAD. Ability to understand, supervise, and validate the operation of technical systems without needing to execute them directly. A high level of English is desirable.
