For new projects in the Construction Sector, we require a **SITE MANAGER**, reporting to the Project Management Department, in Villar del Prado (Madrid). **Responsibilities** * Comprehensive management and supervision of public and private construction works execution. * Planning, organization, and monitoring of construction activities, ensuring compliance with established deadlines. * Coordination of work teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders involved in the project. * Cost, resource, and equipment control and monitoring necessary for proper execution of the works. * Supervision of work quality and compliance with the project’s technical specifications. * Monitoring of schedules and identification of potential deviations, proposing necessary corrective measures. * Interpretation and follow-up of drawings, project documentation, and technical documentation. * Management of documentation associated with the works and preparation of progress reports. * Coordination with the Technical Management, property owners, clients, and other project-related stakeholders. * Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations on site. **Requirements** * Technical Architect. * Specialization in Construction Execution. * Minimum 10 years of experience in Spain. * Demonstrable experience in public and private construction projects in Spain, performing duties as Site Manager. * Ability to autonomously manage construction project execution and monitoring. * Availability of personal vehicle. * Willingness to travel when required by the project. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience managing multiple teams and subcontractors simultaneously. * Experience in both public and private construction projects. * Cost, planning, and resource management capability. * Familiarity with construction management tools and systems. * Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams. **Competencies and Skills** * Organizational and planning ability. * Leadership and team management capability. * Problem-solving and decision-making skills. * Results-oriented mindset and commitment to achieving objectives. * Negotiation and coordination ability. * Proactivity and autonomy. * Effective communication. * Commitment to quality and safety on site. **Languages** * Not specified. **Workplace** * Villar del Prado, Madrid. **Offer** * Permanent contract. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, from 8:00 to 19:00\. * Integration into new construction projects.
