We are seeking a professional with experience in industrial plant management, production planning, and team coordination for a permanent position at an established olive oil company located in Puente de Génave (Jaén). Main responsibilities include acting as the liaison between plant management and central administration, coordinating with human resources and the occupational health and safety department, and supporting the production manager. Responsibilities also include production monitoring and control, plant personnel management, production planning, verification of transport operations, and control of incoming and outgoing weights. Additionally, the role involves managing and tracking supply contracts and associated transportation costs, as well as coordinating internal transportation. Finally, the role requires preparing reports and monitoring operational KPIs. A full-time, split-shift schedule is offered, with salary according to the applicable collective agreement. * Higher Vocational Training qualification, University Degree, or equivalent experience * Prior experience in production, logistics, industrial administration, or plant coordination roles * Knowledge of production planning and control * Proficiency in computer tools and Microsoft Office, especially Excel * Organizational, coordination, and incident resolution capabilities * Experience in the agri-food sector or olive mills is desirable * Availability for immediate start.
