JOB DESCRIPTION At ROR, we are looking for a **Procurement Technician** with at least 1–2 years of experience to join the Procurement Department of ROR Transport Operator. If you are an organized and proactive individual, this is your opportunity. **Job Responsibilities:** As a Procurement Technician, you will be responsible for comprehensive management of the procurement process, ensuring the company obtains optimal terms. Your main duties will include: * **Procurement Management:** Identify and assess the company’s procurement needs for goods and services, and track and control purchase orders. * **Tenders:** Actively participate in preparing and managing tender processes—both public and private—ensuring compliance with regulations and established deadlines. * **Supplier Management and Qualification:** Develop and maintain a database of qualified suppliers, conducting qualification and ongoing evaluation processes to ensure supply quality and reliability. * **Administrative Tasks:** Perform all administrative tasks arising from the procurement process. * **Market Analysis:** Research and analyze the market to identify new supply opportunities and potential suppliers. * **Continuous Improvement:** Propose and implement improvements to procurement processes and company policies. * **Departmental Support:** Collaborate with other departments to understand their needs and ensure accurate execution of procurement activities. **Job Requirements:** * Vocational or university education in Administration, Commerce, Logistics, or related fields. * Demonstrable experience of at least 1 year in a similar role, preferably in procurement or supply chain functions. * Knowledge of and experience with tender processes. * Proven ability in supplier management, qualification, and evaluation. * Proactivity, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. **What We Offer:** * Permanent full-time contract. * Competitive salary commensurate with candidate’s experience and qualifications. * Professional development opportunities and continuous training. * A collaborative and innovative work environment.
