Join us in pursuing solutions for a sustainable future.** ACCIONA, within its Facility Services and Urban Services business, is seeking a Procurement Manager for its headquarters in San Sebastián de los Reyes (Madrid): **Job Description** **MISSION** Ensure the supply of goods and services to the organization, guaranteeing optimal commercial terms through reasonable, fair, and transparent processes aligned with corporate objectives. **RESPONSIBILITIES** Reporting to the Category Manager, you will assume the following responsibilities: * Managing strategic tenders; maintaining AMs (Agreement Masters) and analyzing their correct usage; as well as uncontrolled tracking of amounts via user/supplier purchase requests. * Supporting or issuing requests for quotations/tenders to suppliers. * Managing general purchase orders. * Onboarding new suppliers, ensuring and supporting them during registration in procur\-e and the qualification process. * Ensuring users understand and comply with procurement policies/guidelines and application of procedures. * Interacting closely with technical staff and supporting them through training on user purchases and framework agreement purchases, order receipts, follow-up reports, and the supplier evaluation procedure per purchase order. * Ensuring appropriate use of procurement channels and item categories. * Ensuring Operations Managers meet requirements for subcontracting high-risk work. * Channeling incidents and improvement suggestions regarding Framework Agreements, communicating them to the Category Manager if modifications or additions of new materials/services are needed. * Identifying low-value purchase orders placed with suppliers outside those established for the business, and redirecting them to approved suppliers. * Managing tool-related incidents, escalating unresolved issues to the Head of Procurement. * Ensuring user creation and deactivation in procurement systems, as well as managing the approval workflow for purchase requests. * Minimizing SAP Ariba incidents caused by missing or disputed goods receipt confirmations from suppliers. * Contributing, as applicable, to achieving both departmental procurement objectives and individual performance goals. **Candidate Requirements** **EDUCATION** * Vocational Training in Administration and Finance, or equivalent. **EXPERIENCE** * Minimum of 1 year of experience in similar roles. **SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE** Tools: * Advanced Excel proficiency. * ERP system knowledge (SAP). * Experience with procurement management software (SAP Ariba or similar). * Familiarity with corporate procurement regulations and policies. *We are a company that values diversity as a source of talent and therefore strive to foster an inclusive environment promoting respect, belonging, and commitment so that everyone can participate on equal footing.
