As a **Painter**, you will contribute to maintaining the resort’s appearance and upkeep, ensuring that guestrooms, public areas, and service zones reflect the highest standards of quality, elegance, and excellence synonymous with The Ritz\-Carlton. We seek a responsible, detail-oriented, and quality-driven individual capable of working both independently and collaboratively to guarantee the perfect condition of our facilities. **Your responsibilities include…** Performing interior and exterior painting work in guestrooms, public areas, offices, and service zones across the resort. Preparing surfaces through cleaning, sanding, repair, priming, and protection prior to applying paint or other finishes. Conducting touch-ups, restoration, and preventive maintenance to preserve the appearance and quality of facilities. Selecting and correctly using paints, enamels, varnishes, tools, and materials appropriate for each task. Keeping work areas clean, organized, and safe during and after each intervention. Coordinating work with the Engineering Department and other operational teams to minimize any impact on the guest experience. Conducting periodic inspections of facilities to identify repair or aesthetic maintenance needs. Ensuring proper use, maintenance, and storage of tools, equipment, and materials. Complying with safety, occupational health, and environmental protection procedures established by Marriott International. Collaborating with the Engineering team on other basic maintenance tasks as needed. **What we expect from you…** Compulsory Secondary Education or equivalent. Prior experience as a painter, preferably in hotels, commercial buildings, or large-scale facilities. Knowledge of painting techniques, surface preparation, and application of various finishes. Experience safely operating hand tools and painting equipment. Ability to work in an organized manner, with attention to detail and high quality standards. Strong teamwork and communication skills. Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays when required. Basic general maintenance knowledge is considered a plus.
