Job Description We are looking for a meticulous, data-driven **Operations Analyst** to optimize internal processes and support strategic decision-making. The selected candidate will be responsible for analyzing, monitoring, and improving the efficiency of operational processes, ensuring the proper execution of the company’s projects and operations. Responsibilities * Analyze and monitor the company’s operational processes. * Prepare reports and metrics on operational performance. * Identify opportunities for improvement in internal processes and propose solutions. * Coordinate with various departments to ensure operational efficiency. * Participate in the planning and execution of operational projects. * Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and report results to management. * Support the implementation of operational management tools and systems. * Ensure compliance with internal procedures and regulations. Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or related fields. * Minimum 2\-4 years of experience in operations analysis, process control, or internal consulting. * Proficiency in data analysis tools (Advanced Excel, SQL, Power BI, or Tableau). * Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability. * Excellent communication and teamwork skills. * Intermediate level of English is a plus. * Experience with process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma) is desirable.
