Our team continues to grow, and we want to hire an operator for our meat workshop. We seek committed individuals with strong motivation to work and who value stability in a dynamic environment. What will your daily responsibilities be? Meat production: sausage making, hamburger preparation, meat tying and mincing. Meat cutting, order preparation, and handling heavy containers. Labeling and label printing, along with additive preparation. Cleaning and maintenance of machinery and workstations. What are we looking for? * Experience: 1 year. Experience in kitchen or food production is desirable. * Catalan (spoken: advanced, written: advanced) * Spanish (spoken: advanced, written: advanced) * Competencies / knowledge: Experience in meat production (sausage making, hamburgers, meat tying and mincing) and machinery operation. Skills in meat cutting, order preparation, and handling heavy containers. Knowledge of labeling, additive preparation, and production processes.
