A maintenance worker is needed for a senior residence in Zaragoza, CP 50191, with immediate start. Minimum of 6 months' experience in general facility maintenance is required, along with basic knowledge in masonry, plumbing, electricity, painting, and gardening. The ability to work both independently and as part of a team is essential. Main responsibilities include performing preventive and corrective maintenance tasks, monitoring and recording critical parameters according to current regulations (Legionella, HACCP, emergency and evacuation systems), and analyzing maintenance reports to resolve incidents and track implemented solutions. The worker is also expected to carry out minor repairs in masonry, plumbing, electricity, painting, and gardening. The position offers a temporary contract with the possibility of becoming permanent, full-time from Monday to Friday during morning hours.
