This position focuses on ensuring the operationality and efficiency of systems and machinery within an industrial environment. The professional will be responsible for carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance tasks, ensuring that all equipment operates in accordance with established production and safety standards. The role involves constant interaction with various systems, requiring a comprehensive understanding of mechanical and electromechanical principles to effectively and safely diagnose and resolve incidents. The environment is dynamic and demands adaptability to work across different areas of the plant, directly contributing to operational continuity and optimization of production processes. The ability to read and interpret technical drawings, as well as to accurately record interventions performed—maintaining up-to-date documentation to facilitate equipment condition tracking—is highly valued. This function is essential for preventing unplanned downtime and extending the service life of industrial assets, serving as a key pillar in the organization’s value chain. Collaboration with other departments is required, fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement across all activities. The offered contract is temporary and full-time. Immediate incorporation is anticipated following the selection process. The position is based in an industrial environment, adhering to the company’s established safety and quality protocols. Employment conditions will be governed by the collective bargaining agreement applicable to the sector. A minimum of 2 years’ experience in industrial maintenance is required, with solid knowledge of pneumatics, mechanics, and electromechanics. A Higher Vocational Training Certificate in Industrial Maintenance or equivalent qualification is mandatory. Practical agility and specific hands-on experience in handling and maintaining conveyor belts are essential. The ideal candidate must have full availability for working hours and possess a personal vehicle for transportation.
