Support for the systems team Currently, as a recruitment consultancy, we are looking on behalf of our client for a Junior Systems Technician eager to develop within an established leisure-sector company in Spain. **ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES** * Technical support and user assistance (Level 1). * Resolution of common incidents/requests (hardware, access, email, etc.) and escalation thereof. * Preparation and configuration of devices. * Ticket management (Jira or other ITSM tools). * Basic documentation of processes and procedures. * Smart home system configuration. * Support for the systems team. **REQUIREMENTS** Mandatory: * IT-related education (Vocational Training or equivalent) * 1–2 years of experience * Basic knowledge of: Windows, Microsoft 365, Networking (basic level).
