With a solid track record in the industry and an established reputation for **technical quality, professionalism, and commitment to deadlines and execution excellence**, it offers a stable, dynamic work environment focused on professional development for its teams. **Main Responsibilities** * Plan, coordinate, and supervise all phases of construction projects, from site opening to final delivery. * Monitor compliance with project **deadlines, costs, quality, and safety standards**. * Manage human, material, and technical resources assigned to each project. * Coordinate on-site execution with the technical team (architects, engineers, site supervision, subcontractors, and suppliers). * Conduct economic monitoring of the project (certifications, cost control, comparisons, monthly reports). * Ensure accurate interpretation of drawings, technical specifications, and project documentation. * Guarantee compliance with **health and safety (PRL), quality, and environmental regulations**. Requirements * Degree in **Technical Architecture, Building Engineering, or related field**. * Minimum of **5 years of experience as a Construction Site Manager** in new building or renovation projects. * Up-to-date knowledge of current technical and construction regulations. * Leadership skills and ability to plan and manage multidisciplinary teams. * Strong negotiation and communication skills with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors. * Advanced proficiency in **Presto, AutoCAD, Excel**, and construction management software. * Experience with **BIM methodology** will be highly valued.
