Your main responsibilities will involve providing local IT support at the Mataró plant under the direction of the Group Vall Companys Central Information Systems Department in Lleida. This local support includes: Installing, configuring, and maintaining computer hardware and software. Diagnosing and resolving technical issues in computer systems. Providing technical support to internal company users. Collaborating on the implementation of new technologies, corporate software (ERP) updates, and gathering new requirements. Office software support and use of the corporate ERP. Maintaining up-to-date IT security systems. You will also act as the liaison with key plant users to jointly define improvement requirements for production processes related to Information Systems. **REQUIREMENTS:** **Education:** Vocational Training Certificate (CFGM or CFGS) in Microcomputer Systems and Networks or equivalent. Knowledge of production processes related to the corporate ERP AXAPTA (purchasing, sales, EDI, EAN, production, logistics, warehousing, food traceability, etc.) is desirable. Technical infrastructure knowledge (networks, communications, servers, backup, etc.) is desirable. Minimum 3–5 years of experience. Experience in production environments is preferred. B2 level English is advantageous. Residence within the province where the position is located is required.
