Job Summary: You will be responsible for providing technical support, performing maintenance and repairs on computer equipment, and managing daily technical incidents. Key Responsibilities: 1. Windows Server environment administration, configuration, and maintenance. 2. Virtual machine deployment and management (Hyper-V, VMware). 3. Perimeter security implementation and monitoring (firewalls, VPN). Position: As an IT Technician at BROSER CATALUNYA, S.A., you will be responsible for providing technical support, performing necessary maintenance and repairs on computer equipment, and managing and resolving daily technical incidents. • Server Management: Administration, configuration, and maintenance of Windows Server environments (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, GPO). • Virtualization: Deployment and management of virtual machines (Hyper\-V, VMware or similar). • Networks and Connectivity: Configuration of basic/advanced networking, corporate Wi-Fi network management, and connectivity incident resolution. • Comprehensive Security: Implementation and monitoring of perimeter security (firewalls, VPN) and endpoint protection (managed antivirus, EDR). • Technical Support: Handling Level 2 and Level 3 incidents, both on-site and remotely * Minimum 1 year of experience. • Ability to identify and resolve technical issues, as well as perform hardware and software repairs. * Higher Vocational Training Certificate (FP de Grado Superior) * Competencies / Knowledge: Driver's license * Driving License Category: B * Permanent employment contract * Full-time position * Gross monthly salary ranging from '1500' to '2000' * Other relevant information: Willingness to work in a team and interact with customers
