An HR technical professional for our offices in Sant Cugat del Vallès. Your main responsibility will be to carry out recruitment and labor management for various cooperative processes, as well as support the implementation of the organization’s internal training plan for its employees. You will have the opportunity to work, train, and grow professionally in a dynamic and cooperative environment! \- Conduct personnel selection for service units throughout the entire process (job posting, screening, interviews, and reports) using the Teamtailor platform. \- Process social security registrations and cancellations, and employment contracts using the SAGE software. \- Send company certificates, notifications to Contrat@, and various other certificates. \- Manage leaves of absence and permits. \- Respond to labor-related inquiries from employees. \- Manage staff time tracking using the Factorial management software. \- Support the development of the entity’s training plan. \- Carry out other administrative and departmental management tasks. * 2 years’ experience: Minimum of 2 years’ experience as an HR technician, preferably in non-profit organizations or cooperatives. * UNIVERSITY DEGREE * Catalan (spoken advanced, written advanced) * Spanish (spoken advanced, written advanced) * Competencies / knowledge: Analytical ability, decision-making skills, and results orientation. Active listening, empathetic communication, and respectful interpersonal conduct. Organization, responsibility, and attention to detail in documentation preparation. Initiative, autonomy, and ability to work in a team. Stress tolerance. Commitment and proactivity. Studies: Human Resources or Psychology. Proficiency in office software; knowledge of SAGE is desirable. Preferred qualifications: Catalan level C. Driver’s license and personal vehicle. Immediate availability. Knowledge of SAGE and Factorial. * Availability of personal vehicle * Driving license: B * Temporary employment contract (12 months) * Full-time position * Gross monthly salary: 2000 * Additional relevant information: Temporary employment contract (substitution + possibility of extension).
