The position focuses on logistics operations involving loading and unloading in a warehouse environment, including the safe and efficient handling of goods using specialized equipment such as forklifts. Key responsibilities include order preparation, pallet strapping, and organizing products within the warehouse to optimize space and facilitate distribution. Meticulous work is required to ensure all goods are correctly identified and stored, maintaining a consistent flow of incoming and outgoing products. The operator is responsible for performing basic equipment checks prior to use and reporting any issues that may affect daily operations. The work environment is dynamic, where precision and attention to detail are critical to meeting the company's production and logistics objectives. Collaboration with other team members is essential to ensure all tasks are carried out in a coordinated and safe manner, fostering a workplace where clear communication and individual accountability are highly valued. Candidates are expected to adapt to the warehouse's changing needs, demonstrating flexibility and commitment to occupational safety and hygiene standards. This position directly supports the supply chain by ensuring products are available for shipment within established deadlines. Salary is determined according to the applicable collective agreement for the agro-industrial sector, including full-time employment with rotating shifts that change weekly among morning, afternoon, and split shifts. Rest days are scheduled in two formats: Monday to Friday with weekends (Saturday and Sunday) off, or Monday to Saturday with one midweek day off plus Sunday. The work environment is located in facilities dedicated to the agro-industrial sector, where compliance with occupational health and safety regulations is prioritized. A valid forklift operator license is mandatory, and immediate availability to start the position is required. Candidates must have their own vehicle for commuting to the workplace, located in the Axarquía region. No specific academic qualifications are required; however, practical experience operating equipment such as pallet jacks, overhead cranes, or experience as a driver or delivery person is valued.
