




Position Summary: We are seeking a Flexographic Printer/Assistant to manage the operations of a state-of-the-art flexographic printing line, with responsibilities for setup and quality control. Focus on innovation and new printing technologies Flexographic Printer/Assistant MCC Label, a global leader in label production with over 100 manufacturing facilities across five continents and more than a century of experience in the graphic arts, is recruiting for its Spanish plant located in Navarrete (La Rioja): A Flexographic Printer/Assistant responsible for the operational management of the new state-of-the-art flexographic printing line, with accountability for setup, quality control, and supervision of the production process. **Responsibilities:** * Preparation and commissioning of printing tooling (polymer plates, dies, etc.) * Management of flexographic inks * Evaluation of product conformity and final quality * Execution of format and product changeovers * Use of tools for color measurement and quality standard control * Compliance with safety regulations * Maintenance and cleaning of production and auxiliary equipment **Technical Requirements:** * Experience in inline flexographic printing (not required for the Printing Assistant position) * Knowledge of printing equipment and accessories * Ability to use color measurement technologies * Accuracy in evaluating quality according to company standards **Other Requirements:** * Ability to work effectively in a team * Attitude toward innovation and adaptation to new printing technologies * Basic knowledge of computer tools (preferred) * Proactivity and learning ability will be valued **Work Location:** Navarrete \- Logroño **Working Hours:** Rotating shifts (3 shifts) Diversity \& Inclusion MCC fosters an inclusive culture that respects and values the diverse backgrounds and experiences of our colleagues, enabling everyone to reach their full potential.
