To further strengthen our financial structure, we are seeking a **Financial Manager** for Purever Group companies in Spain. **Position Summary** We are looking for a Financial Manager with solid experience in industrial and/or construction environments, who will ensure effective financial management, regulatory compliance, reliability of financial information, and accurate budget planning. This person will be responsible for leading the local financial team and providing strategic support to management in making decisions focused on profitability and growth. **Responsibilities** **Financial Management and Control** * Supervise all financial activities of the unit: accounting, treasury, taxation, and management control. * Prepare and monitor the annual budget and periodic forecasts (*forecast*). * Ensure proper cost allocation and analyze variances against the budget. **Analysis and Reporting** * Monitor and report on key financial performance indicators (KPIs). * Prepare financial analysis reports and propose corrective or improvement actions. * Provide strategic support to management to drive profitability and optimize margins. **Treasury and Investments** * Manage cash flow and ensure adequate liquidity. * Supervise accounts receivable and payable. * Participate in the evaluation of investments (CAPEX/OPEX) and financing decisions. **Audit and Compliance** * Ensure compliance with accounting, tax, and regulatory obligations. * Coordinate internal and external audits. * Manage relationships with financial institutions, auditors, and regulatory bodies. **Leadership** * Lead and develop the local financial team. * Drive continuous improvement of processes, tools, and financial standards. * Act as the liaison between the industrial unit and the Group's corporate finance function. **Requirements** * University degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration. * 7 to 10 years of experience in financial areas, with at least 3 years in the industrial sector. * Solid knowledge of accounting, taxation, management control, and financial analysis. * Experience with ERP systems (preferably Business Central) and advanced proficiency in Excel. * Fluent English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage. * Analytical, results-oriented profile with leadership skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in dynamic environments. **What We Offer** * Opportunity to join a global, growing industrial group. * Professional development plan, continuous training, and international growth opportunities. * Permanent contract, competitive compensation package, and corporate benefits. * Inclusive, innovative work environment with a strong commitment to sustainability. **Commitment to Equal Opportunities** *At Purever, we champion diversity and equal opportunities.
