We are looking for an **Executive Assistant / Inside Sales** who will become the right hand of the executive team—directly managing their daily operations and acting as a key bridge in relationships with strategic clients and B2B business generation. **Responsibilities:** * Serve as the key point of contact, maintaining strong relationships and smooth communication with stakeholders and strategic clients. * Track the executive team’s account mapping to identify and open new business opportunities. * Generate, schedule, and close B2B commercial meetings. * Manage the executive’s complex calendar (with sound prioritization) and efficiently filter and manage their email inbox. * Control and prioritize complex calendars, coordinate domestic and international travel, and filter communications (emails and calls). * Prepare documentation, operational reports for executive review, and minutes from executive meetings. * Create and design clear, visually engaging, and professional PowerPoint presentations focused on business needs. * Monitor expenses, perform basic reconciliations, and coordinate with external vendors. * Prepare materials for executive meetings, draft meeting minutes, track action items, and support operational reporting for the executive team. **Requirements:** --------------- * Experience: Minimum 1 year of solid experience as an Executive Assistant or in Inside Sales roles within startup or B2B technology environments. * Higher education degree or university degree in Business Administration, International Business, Marketing, or related fields. * Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, resilience, and full autonomy to resolve unexpected situations. * Highly proactive profile with outstanding communication skills, professional demeanor, and absolute discretion regarding confidential information. * Native-level proficiency with office productivity tools and digital management platforms (Workspace, Office, CRM, etc.). * Fluent English (mandatory) for managing international clients and documentation.
