The offered compensation is competitive, with an annual salary range of EUR 30,000–32,000, depending on the candidate’s experience and competencies. The schedule follows a 4-team, 3-shift model: morning shift from 06:45 to 15:00, afternoon shift from 14:45 to 23:00, and night shift from 22:45 to 07:00, each including a 15-minute break. The rotation plan follows 4-week cycles, beginning with the afternoon shift and alternating with morning and night shifts, providing 9 days off per cycle. Social benefits include life insurance from day one and access to a social fund after one year of seniority for medical and educational expenses. Initial hiring is via a temporary contract of 4 months, including a one-month probationary period, followed by an 8-month renewal and subsequent conversion to an indefinite-term contract after the first year in the position. A Higher Vocational Training Degree in Industrial Mechatronics, Industrial Equipment Maintenance, or equivalent qualification is required. A minimum of one year of experience in mechanical maintenance within industrial environments is mandatory; experience with hydraulic or pneumatic systems, or in the automotive sector, is considered advantageous. Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in using hand tools and possess basic welding knowledge. Availability to work rotating shifts—including weekends—is required, as well as familiarity with complex shift rotation systems. Although not mandatory, technical English proficiency will be valued.
