The job focuses on comprehensive maintenance of industrial machinery. Daily responsibilities include performing preventive maintenance tasks in both electrical and mechanical domains to ensure uninterrupted operation of production lines. This involves periodic equipment inspections, component lubrication, verification of electrical systems, and replacement of worn parts before failure occurs, all in accordance with established protocols. A key aspect of the role is diagnosing and resolving breakdowns when they occur. The professional must be able to quickly identify the root cause of a failure—whether in electrical circuits, pneumatic systems, hydraulic components, or mechanical parts—and efficiently carry out repairs to minimize downtime. The position requires working in a dynamic industrial environment, collaborating with other departments to coordinate interventions and ensuring all machinery operates within established safety and efficiency parameters. Additionally, detailed records of all activities—both preventive and corrective—must be maintained to contribute to equipment maintenance history and facilitate trend analysis. The company offers an indefinite-term employment contract from the start of the employment relationship. Working hours are organized into rotating shifts covering morning, afternoon, and night periods, following a fifth-shift system.
