This department ensures measurement quality and contributes to reducing non-technical losses by conducting inspections for anomalies or fraud, assessing recoverable energy, and managing related cases until billing. Training Objectives During the internship, the intern will: * **Organizational Management:** Participate in fieldwork planning and coordinate with contracted companies to carry out inspections, gaining practical insight into operational planning and case management. * **Data Analytics:** Analyze and select supply points eligible for inspection using consumption history, prior inspection records, and fundamental electrical parameters—particularly for supplies with contracted power exceeding 50 kW. * **Digital Transformation and Emerging Technologies:** Use standard Microsoft IT tools and AI-based solutions to support analysis, management, and process efficiency within the department. * **Key Competencies:** Strengthen analytical, communication, coordination, autonomy, technical rigor, results orientation, and problem-solving skills in a professional environment linked to electricity distribution activities. * **Process Innovation:** Participate in designing tools to facilitate information analysis and improve efficiency in managing inspections and anomaly/fraud cases. ‍ Mentoring and Follow-up * Specialized tutoring with continuous support. * Progress evaluation through goal-setting and periodic follow-up. * Ongoing feedback to foster continuous improvement.
