The selected candidate will be responsible for planning, preparing, and presenting meals for large groups, ensuring quality and food safety at all times. **Responsibilities:** * Develop dishes, ensure compliance with defined menus and technical specifications, and implement good practices. * Prepare daily menus according to the center-adapted rotation schedule. * Supervise ingredient and material inventory, placing orders when necessary. * Ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety regulations – HACCP recordkeeping. * Perform cleaning and maintenance tasks in the work area, and monitor the use of machinery, materials, and equipment. * Train new team members on kitchen practices and company procedures. **We Offer:** * Full-time schedule of 40 hours per week. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 07:30–16:00. * Salary according to the collective catering agreement. * Contract according to the collective agreement. * Opportunity to work in a collaborative and dynamic team. * Join a leading company that values and rewards the effort and dedication of its employees: continuous training plan, social benefits, professional development.
