Join us in pursuing solutions to achieve a sustainable future.** ACCIONA, within its Construction Business, requires the incorporation of a Building Site Manager for an important project in La Serena, Chile.**Job Description** * Organization of workspaces, maneuvering areas, storage, loading and unloading zones, workshops, warehouses, and site access points. * Verification and adjustment of site layout plans. * Interpretation of drawings and construction details. * Control of compliance with occupational risk prevention measures. * Supervision and verification of work processes. * Verification of workers’ capacity and suitability for proper performance of their duties. * Coordination of works with various trades and subcontractors. * Control and monitoring of construction progress. * Control of compliance with the schedule. * Proposal of construction methods, materials, and techniques. * Control and acceptance of materials, auxiliary equipment, and machinery. **Candidate Requirements** * Minimum 10 years of prior experience in similar roles on large-scale building projects, ideally hospitals. * Organizational and leadership skills. * Extensive knowledge of construction processes and systems. * Willingness to relocate to Chile. *We are a company that values diversity as a source of talent and therefore strive to foster an inclusive environment promoting respect, belonging, and commitment so that all individuals can participate on equal terms.
