Acciona, within its construction business line, requires the incorporation of a Construction Administrator for a Data Center project in the province of Zaragoza.**Job Description**
Mission:
Collaborate with and support projects carried out by their unit/department, in accordance with guidelines provided by their supervisor, to execute delegated tasks satisfying internal customer needs.
Responsibilities:
* Monitoring delivery notes and proforma invoices
* Accounting for supplier invoices
* Issuing customer invoices
* Managing subcontractor personnel records
* Accounting for invoices
* Preparing balance sheets and profit-and-loss statements
* Monitoring cost deviations
They are responsible for executing construction contracts. They plan, optimize, and supervise resource utilization to ensure construction works are completed on time, according to specifications, and within budget. Among their most common duties are: managing contracts and obtaining required permits and licenses; preparing budget estimates; planning and scheduling construction phases; supervising subcontractors’ and subordinate/operational staff’s activities; verifying progress achieved and work quality throughout all project phases; representing the company in relevant matters, etc.
**Candidate Requirements**
Requirements:
* FP qualification in Administration, Business, or ADE (Business Administration and Management).
* Minimum three years’ experience in similar roles within construction projects.
