Job Summary: We are seeking a commercial agent with experience in (re)insurance to manage portfolios, evaluate proposals, promote development, and collaborate with international teams. Key Responsibilities: 1. Account portfolio and business relationship management. 2. Promoting company development through proactive marketing. 3. Collaboration with international teams (Paris, Cologne, Madrid, London). We seek a commercial agent with a disability certificate of 33% or higher. A permanent contract is offered, with working hours from Monday to Thursday, 8:00–16:00, and Friday, 8:00–14:00, all year round, and an annual gross salary of 90\.000 euros. The position is based in Madrid. Main responsibilities include managing the account portfolio and business relationships, evaluating business proposals and analyzing risks, promoting company development through proactive marketing and cross-selling, exploring new profitable growth areas, collaborating with international teams (Paris, Cologne, Madrid, London), providing technical expertise to other underwriters, and ensuring data quality in IT systems. Requirements include a university degree, extensive underwriting experience in the (re)insurance market, advanced English proficiency and high-level French, German, or Spanish proficiency, mastery of Microsoft Office, in-depth knowledge of property policy terms and proportional and non-proportional models, as well as willingness to travel.
