You’ll help ensure a smooth technological transition through: * **Training:** Creating content and guiding employees in using new tools. * **Communication:** Designing creative campaigns to announce updates. * **Support and Empathy:** Listening to users and explaining complex processes in simple terms. What profile are we looking for? We seek students eager to learn, preferably from: * **Vocational Training (Intermediate or Advanced Level):** Commercial Activities or Administrative Management. * **University Degree:** Marketing, Communication, Pedagogy, or *Learning*-related fields. ✨ Soft Skills: * **Strong communication skills:** You enjoy speaking, writing, and explaining. * **Visual creativity:** You use tools like **Canva** or **PowerPoint** to make everything visually engaging. * **Flawless writing:** You know how to tell stories and draft clear guides. * **Proactive attitude:** You don’t wait for things to happen—you make them happen. ➕ Bonus points if: * You’re enthusiastic about the **Microsoft** ecosystem. * You have a good level of **English.**
