Your main responsibility will be converting vehicles into campers, including furniture assembly, accessory installation, interior finishing, and other related tasks—ensuring high quality in every project. Requirements * Preferred: Experience in 12V and 230V electrical installations. Knowledge of plumbing, heating, or welding. Experience in the camper, motorhome, or 4x4 vehicle sector. Ability to work autonomously. Passion for the camper, expedition vehicle, and overland lifestyle. * Required: Furniture and interior cladding assembly. Installation of windows, rooflights, and accessories. Collaboration on electrical, water, and other camper system installations. Maintaining order and quality throughout the entire manufacturing process. Commitment, initiative, and eagerness to learn. * Mandatory: Prior experience in camper conversion, carpentry, cabinetmaking, or vehicle assembly. Proficiency with hand tools and workshop machinery. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and assembly instructions. Responsible, meticulous individual with strong teamwork skills.
