Due to the growth of our Building division \| WSP, we aim to hire two BIM Coordinators for Building Projects in our Madrid teams. **What will you do with us?** Your responsibilities will include leading the management and coordination of building projects using BIM methodology, providing strategic vision and ensuring proper integration of all disciplines, technical quality of models, and efficiency in collaborative work environments. Among your main duties, you will manage building BIM projects end-to-end, lead coordination across all involved disciplines, and ensure correct model integration. You will be responsible for developing, updating, and controlling project BIM documentation (BEP, MIDP, MPDT, RACI matrices, among others), as well as managing collaborative environments (CDE) and BIM platforms, guaranteeing workflow efficiency. Additionally, you will oversee BIM quality control and clash detection—identifying and resolving interferences—and actively contribute to implementing and continuously improving BIM methodology within the company, in coordination with WSP Spain’s BIM team. **What are we looking for in you?** We seek a professional profile holding a Degree in Architecture and specialized training in BIM methodology (e.g., a Master’s in BIM Management from a prestigious institution), with a solid track record in building projects. A minimum of 10 years’ experience in the sector is essential—including at least 5 years as a BIM Manager or BIM Coordinator—as well as advanced proficiency in key tools such as Revit and Navisworks.
