Job Summary: We are seeking an analytical and experienced Architect to ensure quality, budget adherence, and schedule compliance for architectural projects, by supervising construction execution and managing documentation. Coordinate Health and Safety across multiple construction sites. **Description:** ---------------- At INESPRO, we are looking for an Architect with an analytical mindset and hands-on construction experience to join our team. Your primary mission will be to guarantee that architectural projects are executed to the highest quality standards while strictly adhering to approved budgets and schedules. A minimum of 10 years’ experience is required. **Main Responsibilities:** * Execution Management as a member of the Technical Supervision Team: On-site supervision to ensure works strictly follow the technical project and applicable regulations. * Economic management and certification of construction works, * Documentation: Preparation of site meeting minutes, progress reports, and management of the Order Book. * Coordination of Health and Safety across multiple construction sites. * Support to the Technical Office for Projects: Quantity take-offs, budget preparation, design support, and calculations. **Requirements:** --------------- Requirements: * Experience in execution management of new residential building construction projects comprising at least 8 residential units. * Experience in execution management of new public, administrative, hospital, healthcare, or educational building construction projects. * Possession of certificates attesting to satisfactory project execution.
