Coordination of Safety and Health across multiple construction projects. **Description:** ---------------- At INESPRO, we are looking for an Architect with an analytical mindset and construction experience to join our team. Your primary mission will be to ensure that architectural projects are executed to the highest quality standards, strictly complying with established budgets and schedules. A minimum of 10 years’ experience is required. **Main Responsibilities:** * Execution Direction of construction works as a member of the Technical Supervision Team: On-site supervision to ensure works faithfully follow the technical project and applicable regulations. * Economic management and construction certifications, * Documentation: Preparation of site meeting minutes, progress reports, and management of the Order Book. * Coordination of Safety and Health across multiple construction projects. * Support to the technical office for projects: Quantity surveying, budget preparation, design support, and calculations **Requirements:** --------------- Requirements: * Experience in execution direction of new residential buildings (primary use) comprising at least 8 residential units. * Experience in execution direction of new public, administrative, hospital, healthcare, or educational buildings (primary use). * Possession of certificates of satisfactory project execution
