We seek a candidate with solid expertise and enthusiasm to contribute talent within a dynamic and constantly evolving environment. **What Will Be Your Functions and Responsibilities?** * Conceptual and technical development of projects. * Project time and quality management. * Client management and presentations of project design phases. * Management of license acquisition. * Market research and management of physical samples of materials, finishes, etc. * Ability to manage and coordinate external technical resources (engineering and other consultants) across all project phases. * Advanced 3D modeling development in SketchUp. **What Do You Need for This Position?** * Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (not design or other degrees). * Spanish degree or authorization to work in Spain by the interview date. * Minimum 3–4 years of continuous and demonstrable experience in developing and managing architectural projects in the following area: New construction or renovation of exclusive and/or luxury residential properties. * Proficiency in computer tools: Adobe Suite – SketchUp – Microsoft Office. * Fluent English, both spoken and written, at a very high level, formal register, with architectural background and foundation. * Knowledge of French and/or other languages is considered a plus. **What Do We Offer?** * Indefinite-term contract and full-time schedule. * Flexible working hours for arrival and departure. * Three remote workdays per month. * Competitive remuneration based on merit. * Access to subsidized UrbanSport membership. * Flexible compensation via Payflow (health insurance, meal vouchers, transportation, childcare, training, etc.). * Your birthday as a holiday, plus December 24 and 31! * Fresh fruit, coffee, and tea available in the office. **Why Join LUV?** * Opportunity to grow and develop professionally within a company with an international vision. * Participate in innovative projects that redefine exclusive design worldwide and work in a dynamic and creative environment where your strategic vision will be key to the brand’s success. * Work in a high-performance team where excellence is the driving force and core motivation behind everything we do.
