We are seeking personnel for administrative tasks in Pamplona/Iruña. Duties include managing and archiving documentation (physical and digital), answering phone calls and emails, preparing and reviewing reports, certificates, and communications, as well as updating data in Excel and databases. Additional responsibilities include supporting invoicing and expense/income control, managing schedules, coordinating the internal team, processing files, and preparing documentation for grants and projects. Collaboration with the technical team on activities and programs is also required. Working hours are to be agreed upon, with a part-time schedule of 6 hours per day from Monday to Friday.
