The selected candidate will be responsible for planning, delivering, and monitoring the training, oriented toward improving students’ employability and facilitating their labor market integration. Responsibilities: * Delivery of theoretical and practical Warehouse Assistant training. * Preparation of tailored teaching content and materials for the group. * Attendance tracking and individual student follow-up. * Learning assessment and report preparation. * Coordination with the project’s technical team (guidance and integration). * Support in enhancing students’ employability. Requirements: * Qualification related to logistics, warehousing, commerce, or similar fields. * Prior experience delivering employment-oriented training. * Professional experience in the logistics/warehousing sector. * Pedagogical competencies and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications: * Experience working with vulnerable groups. * Knowledge of employment integration programs. * Training in occupational risk prevention and forklift operation.
