This position reports to the **Room Service Manager** and the **Room Service Assistant**. **Key Responsibilities:** * Understand the service concept and food & beverage offerings, and be able to articulate them verbally to guests. * Ensure \*mise en place\* is fully prepared before and during service, including cleaning duties in common and service areas, as well as polishing and setting up equipment. * Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system correctly to process orders. * Perform upselling of products and services over the phone, enhancing the guest experience and increasing revenue. * Manage billing and collection tasks in accordance with hotel standards and policies. * Maintain departmental utensils and equipment in good condition through proper handling and completion of assigned tasks. * Collect and organize required stock (linen, beverages, dry goods, trolleys, etc.). * Carry out any other reasonable tasks assigned by the Room Service Manager. * Check minibars across various guest rooms. * Create “WOW” moments to surprise and delight guests during their stay. **What We Expect From You:** * Education in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or related field, preferably at Bachelor’s or Higher Technical level. * Minimum 1 year of experience as a waiter/ess in a five-star hotel. * Ability to understand guest needs and deliver exceptional service. * Basic computer skills (including MS Office) are desirable. * Ability to communicate effectively with diverse individuals. * Availability to work night shifts. * Strong command of Spanish and English; additional languages are considered a plus. **Our Commitment to You:** **Training and Development:** Your success is ours.
