Ensure that the resources deployed are truly necessary and fairly compensated, maintaining the expected level of optimization. Guarantee that implemented transport models best meet market needs, thereby ensuring resource efficiency. **Team Management** Personnel management: multi-functional tasks, shift scheduling, vacation planning, and team development aligned with increasing activity. **KPIs and Analysis** Monitoring and control of production and cost indicators: **€/km, €/pallet, €/stop, MB1**, among others. Preparation of periodic reports. **Client Relationship** Follow-up meetings and continuous improvement initiatives (quality, volumes, forecasts). Constant coordination with the logistics department. **Transport exclusively linked to logistics activities.** **What are we looking for?** Bachelor's degree or Higher Vocational Training (FP Superior) in Business Administration and Management (ADE), Administration, or related field. Relevant experience in transport management is highly valued; solid knowledge of **national transport** and familiarity with **local transport (PDM)**. Truck subcontracting.
