




We are looking for a Technical Support/Customer Service profile with an advanced level of English to join a leading manufacturer in the air conditioning sector. In this role, you will be the main point of contact for professional customers, such as installers, through various communication channels, including phone calls, emails, web chat, and WhatsApp. Your main objective will be to handle and manage their inquiries, providing personalized, high-quality service in multiple languages. You will need to resolve questions and provide technical support using available tools, ensuring efficient service tailored to the specific needs of each customer. To succeed in this position, previous experience in technical support or customer service is required, along with technical education or knowledge in areas such as computer science, electricity, or electronics. Additionally, an advanced level of English (C1\+ or C2\) is mandatory.
