Support in budgeting, material management, and personnel planning A growing company in the renovation and construction sector is looking to hire a **Construction Technician and Operational Support** to reinforce its team. **Location:** San Sebastián de los Reyes, Madrid **Working Hours:** Full-time **Start Date:** Immediate **Main Responsibilities** * Preparation and management of construction documentation * Drafting of meeting minutes and site visit reports * Operational monitoring of project progress * Continuous communication with workers and work teams * Support in budget preparation * Material management and control * Preparation and updating of inventories * Weekly planning and assignment of on-site workers * Coordination between office and site * Preparation of plans and renders for projects **Candidate Profile** * Candidate with experience in renovation and construction companies in Madrid * Organized, solution-oriented, and detail-oriented individual * Excellent communication skills * Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously * Proficiency in Google Drive and office productivity tools * Knowledge of design and rendering software Employment Type: Full-time Work Location: On-site employment
