We are seeking a Substation Electrical Engineer to participate in the design, implementation, and commissioning of protection and control solutions for low-, medium-, and high-voltage electrical substations. **Responsibilities:** * Design and develop protection schemes for substation equipment (transformers, lines, busbars, capacitor banks, etc.). * Prepare drawings and diagrams (single-line, three-line, control logic, wiring and connection diagrams). * Draft technical specifications for protection, control, and communication equipment. * Ensure compliance with national and international standards (IEC, IEEE, NERC, etc.). * Manage project-related technical documentation. * Provide technical support to operations and maintenance teams regarding protection and automation. * Participate in substation modernization projects (e.g., replacement of electromechanical relays, migration to digital systems, SAS/IEC\-61850\). * Perform setting calculations and coordination studies for digital relays. * Diagnose faults in protection systems and propose corrective actions. * Conduct fault studies and post\-event operational analysis of data captured by relays. **What We Offer:** * Flexible working hours to better balance personal and professional life. * Hybrid work model (on-site and remote work). * Continuous professional development. * Competitive compensation. * A participative, inclusive, and dynamic work environment—we love teamwork! * The opportunity to join a place where engineers love to work. **Requirements:** --------------- **Requirements:** * Degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field. * At least 3 years of experience in electrical substation engineering (control and protection). * Field experience (e.g., factory acceptance tests or commissioning) is highly desirable. * Proficiency in EPLAN and AutoCAD. * Knowledge of SSAA calculations, power consumption analysis, routing, etc.; general energy projects; software such as CANECO, EPLAN, etc. * Ability to independently perform basic, detailed, and interconnection engineering. \#LI\-EC1
