Studies Technician and Technical Office – Industrialized Wood Construction (Segovia) About ANBOC At ANBOC, we develop industrialized and modular wood construction projects, committed to efficient, sustainable, and high-quality systems. We manufacture houses at our facilities in Segovia and carry out on-site assembly within very short timeframes, overseeing the entire construction process—from design through execution. We are seeking to hire a person with an interest in construction, strong learning ability, and motivation to grow professionally within an expanding company. Responsibilities * Project analysis and assessment of technical and economic feasibility. * Preparation of budgets and cost comparisons. * Quantity take-offs and support during tendering processes. * Interpretation of drawings and technical documentation. * Cost optimization and proposals for improvement. * Requesting and comparing supplier quotations. * Purchase order management and procurement tracking. * Updating, maintaining, and improving the company’s price database. * Collecting and analyzing actual costs for materials, labor, and subcontractors to keep reference prices up to date. * Supporting standardization and continuous improvement of budgeting processes. * Supporting project management and site progress monitoring. Desired Profile We seek an organized, proactive, solution-oriented individual with initiative and teamwork skills. A specific academic qualification is not mandatory, although training or knowledge related to the following will be valued: * Technical Architecture. * Building Engineering. * Architecture. * Vocational Training in Construction and Civil Works. * Drafting. * Construction or similar fields. We will also consider candidates without prior experience who demonstrate technical knowledge and a strong motivation to develop professionally in this sector. Requirements * Ability to interpret drawings and technical documentation. * Knowledge of quantity take-offs and budgeting. * Proficiency in AutoCAD. * Proficiency in office software (especially Excel). * Valid Class B driver’s license. Preferred Qualifications * Proficiency in Presto. * Proficiency in Cadwork. * Experience in studies, budgeting, or procurement. * Experience in industrialized construction. * Experience in timber construction. Working Conditions * On-site position in Segovia. * Full-time employment. * Monday to Thursday: 8:00–14:00 and 14:30–17:00; Friday: 8:00–14:00\. * Salary to be agreed upon based on experience and qualifications provided.
